WHERE DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY??

We offer shipping to customers located in Continental USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, South America and parts of Africa. Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, shipping timeline and clearance may be impacted, which are out of our control.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

Your destination location and shipping preference will determine how fast you can receive your order. We work with several carriers, including USPS and UPS. During your checkout process, you'll be offered with shipping delivery carrier and options after you put your address. Delivery time usually ranges from 3 to 21 business days depending on your carrier selection, but due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, it may be further impacted. Please allow 24-48 hours for the fulfillment of your order before it goes out for shipping.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

We will certainly accommodate rush orders based on product availability. Based on destination location, you'll get various shipping choices when you check out. We work with USPS and UPS.

DO I NEED TO PAY A CUSTOMS FEE FOR MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

Each country has its own custom regulations on packages received from the USA. Cash Royalty Family is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unfortunately, at this moment, all our international orders are final sale - with no return or exchange - unless it arrives to you already damaged/incorrect. This is due to the additional costs involved with international shipping rates and potential custom clearance fees, depending on each country's regulations. If your item gets damaged within 2 days of purchase, please contact us, and we will work to address this issue for you. If you're open to incurring the additional costs involved with returns and exchange, please contact us.

MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED OR WITH AN INCORRECT PRODUCT. HOW CAN I RETURN IT?
